施氮量对大白菜的生长与品质的影响

摘    要:本文通过田间小区试验,研究了不同尿素用量对大白菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明:高施氮量有利于大白菜地上部分的生长,可以获得较高的蔬菜产量;但低施氮量条件下,大白菜根系生长较旺盛,表现出一定的自我调节能力。施肥量越高,大白菜体内硝酸盐含量越高,甚至超过 WHO/FAO 规定的食用标准。而且施肥量越大,大白菜体内的 VC 含量越低,即品质降低。

Abstract:Field plot experiment was made to study the effect of urea quantity on Chinese cabbage.It was found that high quantity of urea was benefit to vegetable growth and re- suited in a large biomass.Low amount of urea was good to root growth.Nitrate content in the leaves was positively proportional to urea quantity used.However,vitamin C content in the leaves was negatively proportional to urea quantity applied.
