| 摘 要： | 采用加热法、加酸法、加酸加热法3种方法从草坪草屑中提取叶蛋白，结果表明：加酸加热法的叶蛋白产量提取率为2.44%，大于加热法的2.04%和加酸法的1.88%。

| Abstract: | Three treatments,including heating,acid adding,acid adding + heating) were used to extract the leaf protein from turf cutting litter and the results showed that the leaf protein extraction rate was 2.44% through acid adding + heating,which was higher than heating(2.04%) and acid adding(1.88%). |
