| 摘 要： | 益生菌是指能够在生物体内存活,对宿主的生命健康有益的一类微生物。益生菌的应用是对水产养殖业现存问题十分有效的解决途径之一。目前已有报道的水产益生菌有乳酸菌属、双歧杆菌属、弧菌属、假单胞菌属、芽孢杆菌、硝化菌、光合菌等。乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌等已作为饵料添加剂应用于水产动物,起到很好的防治疾病和增进健康的作用;光合细菌对水质改良的作用十分显著,已在美国、东南亚等地得到广泛应用。益生菌制剂在将来很有可能成为抗生素的替代品,有着较好的发展前景。论文就其种类、作用机理、应用等方面做一简述。 |

| Abstract: | Probiotic bacteria are microorganisms which can survive in organisms and benefit to host's life and health.The application of probiotic bacteria is one of extremely effective ways to solve the extant questions in aquiculture.Lactic acid bacteria,bifidobacteria,vibrio,Pseudomona,bacillus,denitrifying bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria were reported as probiotic bacteria in aquiculture.Lactic acid bacteria,bacillus and yeast were applied as feed additive in aquiculture,and played the role of preventing disease and improving health.The effect of photosynthesis bacteria to water environment is extremely remarkable,and is widely applied in America and Southeast Asia.Probiotic bacteria have the better prospect for development as a substitute for antibiotics.This review focused on category,mechanism and application of probiotic bacteria. |
