| 摘 要： | 通过汽车使用经济性的跟踪调查,表明经济发达的温州地区汽车最佳更新年限大大低于国家的标准和经济不发达地区.经分析表明,地区性经济水平是影响汽车更新年限的重要因素,从而提出了按经济区域制定汽车更新年限的新观点,同时建议采用相对收益率法即新MAPI法作为确定汽车更新年限的理论计算方法.

| Abstract: | With the tracing investigation of automobile economic benefit to developed area of econom as Wengzhou ,it showed that the most suitable renewal time in this area was much lower than that of national stipulate and undeveloped area. With analsis it determined that the economic level of an area was the main factor of influencing the renewal time and suggested the new view of the determination of renewal time in accordance with the economic level of the area and the use of the new MAPI method to determine the automobile renewal time. |
