| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验确定了藏羊血中提取血红素的最优工艺条件,即：溶血时添加蒸馏水1倍、氯仿5倍、分离血红素时加丙酮5倍、离心时间为20min,pH值为3。

| Abstract: | Extraction technology of hemoglobin from Tibetan sheep blood was studied and the optimal process conditions were made by orthogonal expts.That is: To add the same volume distilled water and five times chloroform as the blood is dissilved.five times of acetone is added when blood cells is isolated.Meanwhile adjust the pH to 3 and then centrifuge it for 20 minuts. |
