低温敏核不育系冷水灌溉高产繁殖试验

摘    要:对两用核不育系"培矮64S"冷水灌溉繁殖中的几个关键技术进行了试验研究。结果表明:从主穗幼穗分化第4期兼顾大部分分蘖穗第3期开始进行冷水灌溉可获得高产,出水口水温以22℃最佳,"920"养花处理较对照明显增产。

Experiment in Cold Water Irrigation of Low Critical Temperature TGMS Rice for High-yielding Multiplication
Abstract:The cold water irrigation is an effective way of multiplying the low critical temperature TGMS rice. The paper studied several key techniques in the multiplication of low critical temperature TGMS rice, the results showed that conducting cold water irrigation at Ⅳ~Ⅵ stage of young panicle differentiation of main spike or at Ⅲ~Ⅵ stage of young panicle differentiation of tillering spike, keeping at about 22℃ of water temperature at exit and spraying "920"to prolong spikelet's activity can obtain high yield.
