4U-2型马铃薯收获机的研制

摘    要:针对目前马铃薯人工收获劳动强度大、生产效率低的现状,设计制造了4U-2型马铃薯收获机。介绍该收获机的主要技术参数及工作原理,说明其主要结构部分的设计与功能。经田间收获试验表明:该机可实现马铃薯与土壤彻底分离,并成条型平铺在地面上,具有收净率高、不堵草、漏土快、效率高等特点;设计中采用的振动铲不仅减少了工作阻力,还降低了动力消耗,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:In consideration of the present strong labor intensity and low efficiency in harvesting potato, 4U-2 potato lifter has been invented. This article deals with its major technical parameters and operation principle as well as the design and function of its major structures. The experiments in the fields show that this potato lifter can effectively separate potato and soil, and put the harvested potatoes in a line on the ground.
