摘    要:以三叶期杂交水稻幼苗为研究对象,研究了干旱、ABA、低温和NaCl处理对水稻幼苗酸性可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,用5%的PEG溶液模拟干旱、8℃低温0、.15 mol/L NaCl处理时,随处理时间延长,水稻幼苗体内的可溶性蛋白含量下降,酸性可溶性蛋白含量增加;5μmol/LABA水溶液处理时,可溶性蛋白含量与对照比差异不大,但酸性可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势。

Abstract:The three-leaf stage seedlings of hybrid rice were used as materials to study the effects of drought,ABA,low temperature and NaCl the content of acidy soluble protein.The results indicated that the content of soluble protein decreased along with the treatment time of draught stress(5% PEG solution),low temperature of 8℃ and 0.15mol/L NaCl,but the content of acidy soluble protein increased in the same treatments.Moreover,when the seedlings were treated with 5μmol/L ABA solution,their content of soluble protein maintained the same level as that of the controls,whereas the content of acidy soluble protein decreased.
