摘    要:根据DQ1000/1500.45型斗轮堆取料机变幅设计制造了变幅试验装置,建立了三维梁元有限元模型,借助于有发元分析软件,利用子空间迭代法对模型进行了求解,得到其大有频率及相应的振型,对试验装置的动态特性进行了试验研究,测试结果验证了有限元建模和计算方法的正确性。

Abstract:The structure of a luffing device for bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is huge and the testing of the dynamic characteristic of the device is difficult and dangerous. Based on the luffing device of DQ1000/1500.45 type bucket wheel stacker reclaimer, a testing device for luffing was designed and made to be used in simulating the dynamic characteristic of a real stacker reclaimer. A 3D beam finite element model of the testing device is established. The calculation for the natural frequency and the vibration mode is carried out by using the subspace iteration algorithm with a finite element analysis software. The first eight orders of natural frequencies and vibration modes are selected. The dynamic characteristic of the testing device was measured and a testing program was employed. During the testing process, the method of single point pick up and multi point excitation was used. The result obtained proves that both the methods of modeling and calculating are valid.
