社会组织参与美好乡村建设的路径探索——以安徽省合肥市包河区美好乡村建设为例

在美好乡村建设进程中，社会组织可作为协调者、沟通者、设计者，成为新农村建设过程中可持续的理性动员力量。在乡村治理新常态下，培育与引导社会组织参与美好乡村建设的优化路径包括以下几个方面：理顺农村治理主体关系，构建农村社会组织服务体系，搭建农村社区共享基金平台，组建农村社会组织孵化园，加强农村社会组织党建工作，丰富农村社区文化建设，激发农村社会资本存量，构筑积极和谐的多中心乡村治理格局，促进美好乡村建设进程。
