培养基、添加物及碳源对蝴蝶兰试管苗生长的影响

摘    要:以白色花系蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis)的试管苗为材料,比较不同基本培养基(MS,NP,VW)、不同碳源(蔗糖、麦芽糖、山梨醇)、不同有机添加物(椰子汁、马铃薯、香蕉)和活性炭对蝴蝶兰试管苗生长的影响.结果表明,以NP和VW为基本培养基时,试管苗根部生长优于MS培养基,NP和VW相比较,NP最佳,而MS培养基对试管苗地上部生长优于NP和VW培养基;3种培养基添加物中,椰子汁对根部的生长优于香蕉和马铃薯,椰子汁有利于地上部鲜质量积累,而香蕉则有利于地上部干质量积累;3种碳源相比较,蔗糖有利于试管苗的生长和干物质的积累;添加活性炭的培养基更有利于试管苗的生长.

Abstract:The effects of different basic media(MS,NP and VW),different carbon sources(Sucrose,Maltose and Sorbitol),different organic compounds(Coconut juice,Potato and Banana) and carboraffin on the growth of in vitro shoots of Phalaenopsis were investigated.The results showed,in vitro shoots rooted better in NP and VW than in MS;when NP and VW were used as basic media separately,NP was better for the growth of roots;but the top growth of in vitro shoots was better in MS than in NP and VW.Coconut juice added to media was better for the root growth of in vitro shoots and the top fresh weight accumulating of in vitro shoots than potato and banana,but banana added to media was better for the top dry weight accumulating of in vitro shoots than coconut juice and potato.Sucrose was the best one among the three carbon sources used in the research for the growth and dry weight accumulating of Phalaenopsis.Activated charcoal added to media was better for the growth of in vitro shoots of Phalaenopsis than media without activated charcoal.
