| 摘 要： | 用来自国际水稻研究所的标准菌株 2 539W(MAT1- 1)和 6 0 2 3(MAT1- 2 )对福建省长期保存的 118个稻瘟菌株进行了育性和交配型的测定 .结果表明 ,经长期保存的菌株仍具有性生殖能力 ,其可育菌株率为32 .2 % ,可育菌株的交配型均为 MAT1- 1.研究结果还表明稻瘟菌育性与其致病稳定性有一定关系 |

| Abstract: | Two standard isolates, 2539W (MAT1 1) and 6023 (MAT1 2), from International Rice Research Institute were used to test fertility and mating type of 118 isolates of rice blast fungus ( Magnaporthe grisea ) in Fujian. The results showed that percentage of fertile isolates was 32.2% and their mating type was MAT1 1, which proved that isolates kept fertility after long term preservation and there was relationship between fertility and stability in pathogenicity. |
