摘    要:本文通过设置18、21、24、27、30 ℃ 5个温度梯度研究温度对东亚飞蝗交配和产卵行为的影响,结果表明:温度对东亚飞蝗的交配和产卵行为影响显著。在温度低于24 ℃时,雌成虫不交配或交配率很低,且不产卵。在24、27、30 ℃ 3个温度条件下交配率都为100%,有效交配率分别为77.8%、122.09%、146.43%;产卵前期分别为14.6、13.1、12.7 d,但无显著差异。不同温度下雌成虫产卵前后体重变化、每头雌虫一生产下的卵囊重量无显著差异,但27 ℃和30 ℃时平均卵囊重量显著高于24 ℃。

Abstract:The mating and ovipositing behaviors of Locusta migratoria manilensis (Meyen) were studied at 18 ℃, 21 ℃, 24 ℃, 27 ℃ and 30 ℃, respectively. The results showed that temperature had significant influences on mating and ovipositing behaviors. There were no mating behaviors or only low mating rates and no eggs were laid by female adults when temperature was lower than 24 ℃. When temperature was not lower than 24 ℃, the mating rate was 100% and the egg laying rate was higher. The pre oviposition periods of female adults were 14.6 d, 13.1 d and 12.7 d at 24 ℃, 27 ℃ and 30 ℃, respectively, without significant difference. There were also no significant differences in the weight of female adults before and after oviposition, the total weight of oocysts laid by female adults. The weight of each oocyst at 27 ℃ or 30 ℃ was higher than at 24 ℃.
