日粮能量水平对蛋鸡性成熟过程中卵巢重和E_2及P_4水平的影响

摘    要:本文以研究日粮能量水平对蛋鸡性成熟过程中卵巢重、E2及P4水平的影响为目的。结果表明:在性成熟过程中,卵巢重和卵巢表面卵泡数随着年龄和能量水平的提高而增多,22周龄时,除低能Ⅱ组外,其他各组卵巢质量和优势卵泡(10mm以上)明显增多,与低能Ⅱ组差异达显著水平;血清E2和P4含量持续上升,22周龄时均达较高水平;高能组E2和P4水平显著高于低能组,到22周龄,对照组E2水平显著高于其他各组,高能组又显著高于低能Ⅱ组;其他4组P4水平显著高于低能Ⅱ组,说明过低的能量水平通过影响E2和P4水平的分泌进而影响卵巢卵泡的发育。

Abstract:The objectives of this study were to determine the effects of diet energy on ovary weight,E_2 and P_4 concentrations in the course of sexual maturity of layer.Experiment results indicated that ovary weight and follicles on ovary surface increased with the increase of age and energy level in the course of sexual maturity.Except low-energy groupⅡ,ovary weight and maturity follicles(>10mm) of other groups increased evidently at 22 week old.E_2 and P_4 concentrations increased with age and reached a higher level at 22 weeks.E_2 and P_4 concentrations were higher in high-energy groups than in low-energy groups.At 22 weeks,E_2 concentration was higher in control group than in other groups,and E_2 level of higher-energy groups was higher than that of low-energy groupⅡ.Compared with low-energy groupⅡ,other groups had higher P_4 level.It could be concluded that excessive low energy affect the development of ovary and follicles through affecting E_2 and P_4 levels.
