新疆电子政务建设的现状分析及对策研究

电子政务是现代信息技术在公共行政中推广应用而产生的一种新的公共行政模式,是当代政府管理创新的主要方面.近年来,随着全球信息化步伐加快,我国电子政务应用不断深入,本文通过认真分析国内外电子政务发展现状和我区的电子政务现状,结合新疆实际,总结出存在的主要问题,并提出有效的解决对策,使我区的电子政务建设能够得到持续、健康的发展,对促进我区信息化水平的快速提升具有重要的现实意义.

Actuality analysis and countermeasure research of Xinjiang E-Government build

E-Government is a new common administration mode which come into being by information technology extending and application in common administration,which is the main part of management innovation for government also.Now,E-government get more and more application in our country by the rapid step of global infomationization.This text analyses development actuality of inside and outside of our country and our municipality,from practice of Xinjiang,sums up some existence problems and brings forward effective resolve countermeasure which make it develop sostenuto,healthily and have practical meaning to improve infomationization level of our municipality.
