苎麻织物毛羽刺痒感的力学评价

摘    要:织物表面硬质毛羽是导致皮肤刺痒的主要因素,本文依据毛羽与皮肤的刺扎作用,建立单纤维轴向弯曲压缩基本模型,并利用改装后的单纤维强力仪,对苎麻纤维刷进行刺扎弯曲实验,验证了纤维束最大压缩强力与纤维形态参数间的基本关系。

Abstract:The horny protruding fibers in a fabric is generally regarded as the underlying mechanism in fabric evoked prickle. In this paper, regarding the prickle effect of protruding fibe-rs on skin, the flexural buckling of surface fibers of ramie fabric by axial compression was studied using Euler's theory of buckling of thin rod. The results of axial compression flexural tests indicated that the critical buckling load was associated with the morphological properties of ramie.
