| 摘 要： | 用鸡新城疫强毒F48E9分别对3,5,10,15,20,30,40,50和70日龄的未免疫鹌鹑进行攻毒。结果表明:3日龄发病率较低,为10%～20%,5日龄发病率达20%～30%,且发病者全部死亡,10～40日龄所有供试鹌鹑均可感染发病,50日龄以后发病率有所下降;30日龄以后有一定的耐过只数。所有感染鹌鹑均出现和自然发病同样的症状和死亡情况。从病死鹌鹑中可重新收回到新城疫病毒,发病耐过鹌鹑可产生特异性抗体。经统计检验,黄羽、栗羽及其杂种对新城疫病毒的易感性无显著性差异。 |
