In order to culture a series of new fishes to meet the needs of the general public, scientists usually try by all means to breed fishes. In recent 20 years, with the development of gene engineering technique and application to fish breeding, our country has made great progress in freshwater fishes, which paves for the success of transgenic fish breeding technique.
