摘    要:本文介绍了中试规模流态化炉生产活性炭的工艺、炉型结构和计算,并对制取饮水净化用核桃壳活性炭工艺条件进行了试验。与一般生产方法相比,其核桃壳活性炭得率较高,实验结果证实了炭与水蒸汽反应属零级反应。

Abstract:The calculation and construction of a pilot scale fluidized bed furnace and the operational process for the production of activated carbon are described. The technical conditions for producing activated carbon from walnut shell charcoal for drinking water treatment have been investigated. It is proved that the yield of active carbon in this process is usually higher than that in the common process and the reaction of carbon to steam is at zero order.
