| 摘 要： | 亚麻种子的种皮占种子干重的４５％左右，且种皮的５５％是胶质，约占干种子的２５％左右，这种胶属酸性粘胶，简称亚麻胶。该胶可用水、碱、酸提取，提取量与水解温度和时间有关，胶的酯化度和甲氧基含量与提取温度有关。

| Abstract: | The weight of seedcoat amounts to above 45 percent of the dry linseedand 55 percent of the seedcoat is gum. The gum accounts for above 25 percent of the dryLinseed,This gum is acid viscose,which is called linseed gum.The linseed gum can beextracted with water or acid.The extractable quantity is related to the time ofhydrolysis and thd ester-value of the linseed gum and the content of methoxy is relatedto the temperature of the extracting. |
