| 摘 要： | 进行了正常山羊血清对兔 RBC的溶血试验和猪 PBMC Et玫瑰花环试验。根据山羊血清经 SRBC吸收和添加山羊红细胞 CD58后对兔 RBC的破坏作用显著降低 ,认为山羊血清破坏 RBC的作用与血清中游离 CD2有关 ;经透析、反复解离 ,SRBC吸收后的山羊血清可抑制对兔 RBC的破坏作用和猪 PBMC Et玫瑰花环的形成 ,据此 ,进一步认为山羊血清中存在可溶性 CD58

| Abstract: | The experiments of the haemolytic of goat serum to rabbit RBC (RRBC) and pig PBMC Et rosette have been studied. When goat serum was absorbed by SRBC or added CD58 derived from goat RBC (GRBC), the haemolzation of it to SRBC was reduced significantly. These results suggest that the haemolysis of goat serum to RRBC is related to the existing of free form CD2 in the serum.In addition, the goat serum could block the haemolysis of SRBC and the formation of pig PBMC Et rosette after it was dissociated and absorded by SRBC. It suggests that there might be soluble CD58 in goat serum. |
