苹果品种试管苗叶片再生不定芽

摘    要:建立了富士和乔纳苹果的试管苗叶片再生系统。在适宜条件下,乔纳金叶片再生频率达100%,富士叶片则达90%以上。叶片接种后,立即进行一段时间的暗培养是必需的。培养基附加水解乳蛋白(LH)250mg/L,可以显著提高富士叶片再生频率,附加新霉素75mg/L,可以完全抑制芽再生和愈伤组织形成。

Abstract:An adventitious shoot regeneration system for apple cvs. Fuji and Jonagold has been established Under optimum conditions, the shoot regeneration frequencies of leavess of Jonagold and Fuji were 100% and more than 90%, respectively. After inoculation,dark incubation was necessary. The shoot regenertation frequency of leaves of Fuji enhanced significantly on medium containing 250mg/L lactalbumin ydrolysate (LH).Adding 75mg/L neomycin to the medium could inhibit shoot regeneration and callus formation totally.
