人造板加工制造在线测控技术中复合多功能传感器的设计

摘    要:系统地介绍了应用压阻效应和热敏效应原理设计一套精度高、体积小、功能强的复合多功能传感器,它能集温度和压力与一体,使一个传感器能同时测量几个参数的智能型传感器。并通过数字信号处理、传感器封装等技术,制作了满足人造板热压机生产过程中在线实时测控系统的复合多功能温度/压力传感器。

Abstract:The design of an intelligent muhi-functional sensor with high precision,small volume and powerful function was sys- tematically introduced by piezoresistivity effect and heat sensitive effect,which integrates temperature with pressure and can test several parameters simultaneously.A compound multi-functional temperature/pressure sensor was designed through digital signal processing and sensor encapsulation technology,which can be applied to online testing and control- ling of the hot pressing machine in manufacturing wood-based panel.
