| 摘 要： | 用从水稻双胚苗中筛选出来的同源三倍体和同源四倍体株系为材料,和正常的二倍体进行杂交,在后代得到了稳定二倍体株系,对母本多倍体的研究发现,在多倍体的花粉母细胞减数分裂中,除了大量的染色体落后等现象外,还可以形成12个二价体;在多倍体自交后代的根尖细胞中发现有嵌合体存在,为多倍体的进一步研究提供了细胞学依据. |

| Abstract: | Autopolyploid rice derived from twin-seeding populations was crossed with normal diploid and some stable diploid strains were obtained in early generation.it was found that 12 bivalent could be formed in the meiosis of PMC except many abnormal phenomena such as chromosome lagging.Meanwhile,a few chimaera were found in the tips of self-bred progenies of autoployploid strains.The results may contribute the further study of polyploidy. |
