| 摘 要： | 介绍了挂钩政策的内涵、背景及其意义,分析了挂钩政策下农村建设用地整理的内容途径,在此基础上,结合山东费县土地整理,对挂钩政策下的农村土地整理情况及其对当地农村生态环境的影响进行了系统研究,并提出了在农村建设用地整理过程中应注意的问题。
