摘    要:柳新一号泵站的前池与引河垂直相交,长度较短,泵站进水流态差,水泵机组难以高效、安全运行。底坎整流具有结构简单、施工方便、经济易行、效果显著、适用性好的优点。为合理确定底坎尺寸和位置,运用流体动力学通用计算软件Fluent,基于雷诺平均N-S方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对4种不同的底坎方案进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明底坎具有明显的整流效果,可有效改善前池及进水池中的水流流态。通过对各方案的特征断面流速分布的比较和分析,建议选用3#方案作为最终实施方案。

Research on Improvement of side-inlet Pumping Station Flow State
Abstract:The fore-bay and the diversion canal of the first Liuxin pumping station are intersecting vertically. The length is shorter. The flow state of pump inlet is poor and the pump units could not run efficiently and safety. The bottom sill is structure simple, construction convenient, economic, effective and applicability good. For reasonably determining the sill’s size and location, using general CFD software - Fluent, 4 different schemes were numerical simulated. The calculations based on the Reynolds-average N-S equations and the RNG k-ε turbulent model. The calculation results showed that the bottom sill has obvious adjustment effect, and it can improve effectively the flow state in the fore-bay and inlet sump. Through the contrast and analysis of the characteristic sections velocity distribution, suggested that choose 3# scheme as the final implementation scheme.
