摘    要:污水处理项目的综合评价包含大量的定性与定量分析。为在综合评价中更科学合理地体现项目的可行性,分析评估项目的综合效益,本文结合案例项目建立了污水处理项目综合评价指标体系、构建了综合评价模型,介绍了物元可拓法并用其对案例项目进行了评价,得到了相应的综合评价结果。实证表明在污水处理项目的综合评价中,采用基于物元可拓理论的评价方法,可以更科学地反映被评价项目的实际情况,且能较好地对比不同方案及不同项目的综合评价结果,体现各项指标相对于综合评价结果的隶属程度,说明了物元可拓法在污水处理项目的综合评价上有着广阔的应用前景。

Application of Matter-Element Extension Method in Comprehensive Evaluation for Sewage Treatment project
Abstract:The comprehensive evaluation for sewage treatment projects involves lots of qualitative and quantitative analysis. To more scientifically reflect feasibility and assess overall efficiency, this study built a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model for a sewage treatment project. By introducing and applying matter-element extension method, the case project was comprehensively evaluated. Empirical study indicated that the application of matter-element extension method in comprehensive evaluation for a certain sewage treatment project could reveal actual condition of the project more scientifically, help make clearer comparison among assessment results of different plans or projects, and show the subjection degree of each index to the comprehensive evaluation level. The successful application of matter-element extension method in this study suggested a promising application trend in comprehensive evaluation for sewage treatment projects.
