石头河水库功能变化与1号水轮机增效改造研究

摘    要:石头河水库建库初期,功能以灌溉为主,兼顾防洪、发电。从1996年开始,水库功能逐渐转变为以城市供水为主,兼顾灌溉及发电。随着引红济石调水工程建成,水库功能的变化对1号机组影响巨大。这就要求对1号水轮机进行增效改造,使其适应水库水能条件的变化,并解决长期运行中存在的问题。本文根据这两方面要求,研究了改造的途径,提出了可行的改造方案,设计了具体的改造过程和方法。研究结果,可资同类老电站增效改造借鉴。

Improvement of the efficiency of No.1 hydro-turbine in Shitouhe Reservoir in relation with its function changes
Abstract:At the earlier stage, the function of Shitouhe Reservoir was dominant in irrigation while flood control and power generation secondary. Since 1996, the function has been changed into supply of water to cities with irrigation and power generation becoming secondary. With the completion of water diversion project from Hongjishi River, such changes have a great influence on No.1 hydro-turbines and urgently require reform of the hydro-turbines for increase of capacity efficiency to bring into full play of the reservoir function with water energy alterations, and solving the problems existed during the long-term periods. Based on the two requirements, this paper studied the ways for transformation, proposed the feasible reform scheme, and designed concrete procedure and methods. The results have provided implications for the reform of old reservoirs with similar or same matters.
