摘    要:贯流式水电站是开发低水头水力资源较好的方式,随着水力资源向低水头、大容量方向发展,越来越多的人开始深入贯流式水轮机的研究,由于贯流式水轮机特有的结构功能特性及适应的水头段,近年来的发展比较迅速,随着容量的发展,其强度分析将是重要的研究问题,灯泡贯流式水轮机是贯流式水轮机的主要类型之一。运用CATIA软件和有限元分析方法对灯泡贯流式水轮机关键部件的强度及变形量进行分析计算,从而保证灯泡贯流式水轮机的安全可靠运行。

BASED ON CATIA STRENGTH ANALYSIS ON KEY PARTS OF TUBULAR TURBINE
Abstract:Turbine Hydropower Station is the development of low-head hydropower resources in a better way, with the low-head hydropower resources, the direction of the development of large-capacity, more and more people began to study in depth Tubular Turbine, Tubular Turbine unique because structural features and adaptive head range, relatively rapid development in recent years, with the capacity of development, its strength analysis will be an important research question, tubular bulb turbine is one of the main types of turbines. This paper uses CATIA software and finite element analysis to analyze and calculate the key components'' strength and deformation of bulb-tubular turbine, so as to ensure the bulb-tubular turbine''s safe and reliable operation.
