摘    要:针对乐昌峡水电厂2号机组在启动试运行期间振动摆度较大的问题,分析了机组振动摆度大的原因,采用影响系数法对机组进行了动平衡配重试验,有效的消除了机组存在的机械及电磁不平衡力,稳定性试验结果表明机组在带负荷工况下运行良好,各部位振动和摆度均降到了理想的水平。

Vibration Fault Analysis and Processing of No.2 Unit of Lechangxia Hydropower Station
Abstract:The vibration and swing of the No.2 unit of Lechangxia hydropower station were much larger than permitted rules during the trial operation and the reasons were analyzed. Mechanical and electromagnetic unbalanced force was eliminated when the dynamic balance test was finished by using influence coefficient method, the stability test showed that the swing and vibration were within the reasonable range and the unit operated stably under on-load conditions.
