高含沙量黄河水滴灌泥沙分离系统研究

摘    要:针对高含沙量黄河水不易用于滴灌的问题,应用旋流分离技术结合网式过滤技术对黄河水泥沙进行分离。根据黄河水的特征,利用Rietema公式进行理论计算,选取合适的旋流分离器。采用基于颗粒动力学理论的混合多相流模型与有限体积法对高浓度水沙空气三相三维流动进行模拟研究,分析内部流场,改进旋流器结构。实际应用结果表明:改进后旋流分离器与网式过滤器组成的多级泥沙分离系统能有效分离高含沙黄河水,而且耐用性强、易于维护,为滴灌系统稳定有效的工作提供保障。

Research on Sand Separation System of Drip Irrigation for High Sediment in Yellow River Water
Abstract:For the problem of high sediment concentration Yellow River water isn’t easy to use for drip irrigation, used hydrocyclone separation technology and screen filtering technology to separate the sand. According to the properties of Yellow River, Rietema equation was used to calculate the hydrocyclone dimension in theory. A Mixture liquid-solid multiphase flow model combined with the kinetic theory of particle flow was used to simulate the high concentration water-sand-air three-phase flow in a hydrocyclone. Analyzed the inner flow field and improved the structure of hydrocyclone. The actual application result indicates that the multistage sand separation system composed by improved hydrocyclone and the screen filter can separate the sand of Yellow River water effectively. The improved system is also durable and easy maintenance. The system can provide security for drip irrigation working stable and efficient.
