眼镜蛇消化道三种内分泌细胞的免疫组织化学定位

摘    要:通过免疫组织化学方法。借助三种特异性胃肠激素抗血清对眼镜蛇(Naja naja)消化道的内分泌细胞进行组织化学定位。生长抑素细胞(D细胞)在整个消化道均有分布,其中在胃底腺、幽门腺和贲门腺中分布多,小肠各段和食管偶见;胃泌素细胞(G细胞)在胃的幽门部分布最多。其次是胃体和直肠,小肠和食管中偶见;胰高血糖素细胞(A细胞)反应最弱,只在胃和小肠中有零星分布。其余各段均未检出阳性细胞。上述内分泌细胞分布的特点可能与眼镜蛇的摄食习惯有关。

Abstract:The presence of endocrine cells had been investigated by the three kinds of antiserum (Som/Gas/Glu) in the digestive tract of Naja naja.Dcells lay in the whole digestive tract.The most Dcells were in stomach,but some Dcells were also found in the other parts.Gcells were the most in the pyloric gland of stomach and the second was stomach then was large intestine.Small intestine and esophagus had few Gcells.Acells were found only in the stomach and small intestine accidentally.No immunoreactivity was observed in the other parts. It may be related to feeding and habitation of Naja naja.
