土地评价指标权重赋值方法的比较分析

研究以庄浪县农村居民点整理潜力评价为例,选用熵权法、离差最大化法、变异系数法、均方差决策法、因子分析法及灰色关联度法6种常用客观赋权方法进行土地评价指标研究.结果表明:因子分析法和灰色关联度法对于指标差异的敏感性较弱,不适宜对综合评价中评价指标进行赋权;熵权法、离差最大化法、变异系数法和均方差决策法,由于所采用的衡量数据离散程度的指标值不同,对指标的赋权结果也不同,其中熵权法对指标差异的敏感性最强.因此,熵权法是最优的土地评价指标赋权方法.

Comparative analysis on the weight assigning methods of land evaluation index

Taking the rural residential land consolidation potential evaluation of Zhuanglang County as the study case,six weight assigning methods,entropy method,maximizing deviation method,variation coefficient method,mean variance decision method,factor analysis method and the gray correlation method were comparatively analyzed.The results showed as follows:factor analysis method and grey correlation method were not suitable for index weight determining,because of their weak sensitivity in distinguishing indexes difference.Entropy method,maximizing deviation method,variation coefficient method and the mean variance decision method showed different index weight determining results,since each method using the different index to measure discrete degree.Among these method,entropy weight method was the most sensitive method,so it was determined as the best method for weight assigning of land evaluation index.
