选择性激光烧结金属粉末材料的研究进展

摘    要:综述国内外选择性激光烧结金属粉末材料研究的发展现状和存在问题,论述纳米粉末材料选择性激光烧结的优点和难点,展望选择性激光烧结金属粉末材料的发展趋势。在此基础上,分析了研究开发选择性激光烧结覆膜金属纳米粉末材料的可行性,并提出一种选择性激光烧结覆膜金属纳米粉末材料成型金属件的思路。

Abstract:Research progresses and the existing problems on metallic powder materials by selective laser sintering (SLS) at home and abroad were reviewed, advantages and difficulties of nano powder materials by SLS were treated, the development trends of metallic powder materials by SLS were also predicted at the same time. Based on all the above, feasibility of developing coated metallic nano powder materials by SLS was analyzed; at last an idea of prototyping metallic parts with coated metallic nano powder materials by SLS was put forward.
