| 摘 要： | 采用压片法,对生长在武汉地区的药用植物茴香(Foeniculum vulgareMiller)进行细胞学研究。结果表明:茴香的绝大多数花粉母细胞减数分裂过程中染色体的行为正常,终变期形成11个二价体,为染色体计数的最佳时期;茴香的染色体数目为2n=2x=22,核型公式为K(2n)=22=20m 2sm,其染色体相对长度组成为2n=2s 8M1 10M2 2L,属于“1A”对称型核型。

| Abstract: | Cytologic study on F.vulgare Miller,a medical plant cultivated in Wuhan,was conducted through the squash method.The result showed that chromosomes of most pollen mother cells behaved normaly during the meiotic divisions.There are 11 bivalents formed at diakinesis which is the optimal time for chromosome count.The chromosome number was found to be 2n=2x=22,karyotype formula:K(2n)= 22= 20m 2sm,constitution of relative length:2n=2s 8M_(1) 10M_(2) 2L and karyotype type is symmetrical,belong to 1A. |
