| 摘 要： | 研究了甜椒组培育苗技术，结果表明MS＋BA0．6mg／L＋IAA0．1mg／L配方接种，甜椒不定芽增殖系数达6．0，并且芽生长健壮；1／2MS＋NAA0．1mg／L配方的生根效果最好，15d生根率达71．9％，20d后生根率达100％。根系生长发达。

| Abstract: | This study was conducted to grow sweet pepper seedling through tissue culture, the results showed that the adventitious bud multiplication coefficient through the MS + BA 0.6 mg/L + IAA 0.1 mg/L vaccination reached 6, and the shoots vigorous; and the 1/2 MS + NAA 0.1mg/L rooting effect was good, the rooting rate was 71.9% in 15 d and 100% in 20 d, and the root grew thick and long. |
