亚硒酸钠对芹菜含硒量的影响

摘    要:以叶面施硒和土壤施硒2 种方式处理芹菜品种.结果表明:低浓度的硒能够促进植物的生长发育,芹菜产量提高,硒浓度较高时,产量降低.芹菜含硒量随着硒处理浓度的增大而提高,但无机硒转化为有机硒的比率下降.从获得生物产量和高硒产品的目的出发,芹菜的补硒技术叶面喷施浓度为<60 mg/L,土壤施用硒肥为0.01 g/m2(即0.1 kg/hm2).
