稻谷干燥爆腰的试验研究

摘    要:稻谷干燥过程是一个复杂的热量交换和质量传递过程。稻谷干燥品质指标主要包括稻谷干燥终了的含水率和爆腰率。基于此概念,试验研究了不同干燥条件对稻谷爆腰率的影响。结果表明:采用控制干燥速度和避免过度干燥的方法,可以有效地降低稻谷爆腰率,提高稻谷干燥品质。

Abstract:The drying process in rice is a complicated heat exchange to deliver the quantity of water. Many factors can influence it,such as medium parameter(the hot medium volume of flow,temperature,humidity,speed,pressure),material characteristic and the dryer construction etc..the relation is complicated,they will affect the drying effects.The quality index of drying rice include the water ratio and the crack ratio in the end. In this paper,the drying characteristic in different terms and whose affect on rice dried quality especially on the rice cracked have been studied. The results show that control drying speed and avoiding drying excessively can redue the cracked rice to increase the drying quality. The purpose is to get the proper drying method and craft .
