| 摘 要： | 以紫背竹芋（Stromanthe sanguinea）的球茎为外植体,通过对培养基中加不同的激素、活性炭以及通气性、光照和光强等不同的培养条件研究得出结论。在MS＋6-BA10mg/L＋NAA1mg/L＋肌醇50 mg/L培养基中最好,在透气性好,光照在1200-1300 lx,12h/d条件下,紫背竹芋组织培养快速繁殖体系效果最好。

| Abstract: | Toutilizing Stromanthe sanguinea's botany corm as timber.The conclusion is drawn under different factors of hormone,coal,air and light.In condition of MS+6-BA10mg/L+NAA1mg/L+ inositol50 mg/L,full air,light of 1200-1300LX and 12h/d,the formation of Stromanthe sanguinea's structure could form the best effection. |
