| 摘 要： | 通过分析天津市农村建设的现状及存在问题，提出了建设现代化农村的相应对策，指出天津作为沿海大都市，稳定农村政策，改善农村生态环境质量，优化村镇居民点布局，提高农民的科技文化素质，深化农村改革等是建设天津现代化新农村的重要对策内容，旨在为推动天津市现代化农村的可持续发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present situation and problems of countryside construction in Tianjin, several suggestions on modern countryside construction are put forward. It is pointed out that stabilizing countryside policies, adjusting villages and small towns' distribution, improving peasants' science and technology and culture quality, deepening countryside reform are important countermeasures for modern countryside construction,and thus to provide references for promoting sustainable development of modern countryside in Tianjin. |
