葛根提取物的快速提取工艺研究

摘    要:对葛根的快速提取工艺方法进行了考察,为工业化生产提供可靠的实验数据和理论依据。采用正交实验设计提取方法,HPLC法测定葛根素含量。最佳提取工艺为A2B2C3;影响因素的大小依次为:料液比、脉冲数、电场强度。此法提取葛根中的葛根素达1.91%,得膏率达8.32%。提取工艺可行,经济、省时、回收率高。

Abstract:a method of rapid extract technology was investigated in the root of kudzu vine,and it provided the reliable experimental and the theoretical basis for the industrious production.Method: the puerarin content was detected by HPLC,using orthogonal experimental design.Result: the best extracting technology is A2B2C3 for the puerarin;the influence factor in size is high voltage,impulsion frequency,and the ratio for the material to the liquid.puerarin rate in liquid up to 1.91% in the root of kudzu vine;and the extract ratio to the liquid is 8.32%.Conclusion: the extracting technology is feasible,economic with high recovery ratio and save time in the process.
