秦巴山区野生糙苏化学成分的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究秦巴山区野生的糙苏叶和嫩枝中的化学成分,为开发这一野生资源提供科学依据。[方法]对糙苏叶和嫩枝95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分通过硅胶色谱柱进行分离纯化化合物,根据现代波谱技术和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。[结果]分离得到了8个已知的化合物,分别为oleanolic acid(Ⅰ),ursolic acid(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),maslinic acid(Ⅳ),trichoranin(Ⅴ),rabdosianin B(Ⅵ),hinokiol(Ⅶ),5,7-dimethoxy-4′-hydroxyflavone(Ⅷ)。[结论]化合物Ⅳ~Ⅷ首次从糙苏叶和嫩枝中分离出来。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the chemical constituents of the leaves and tender branches of wild Phlomis umbrosa Turcz obtained from Qinba Mountain,This research will provide scientific proof and empolder this natural resource.[Methods] The constituents of the EtoAc-soluble components of the 95% ethanol extraction were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidences.[Results] Eight compounds were obtained from the leaves and tender branches of wild Phlomis umbrosa and identified as oleanolic acid(Ⅰ),ursolic acid(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),maslinic acid(Ⅳ),trichoranin(Ⅴ),rabdosianin B(Ⅵ),hinokiol(Ⅶ),5,7-dimethoxy-4′-hydroxyflavone(Ⅷ).[Conclusion] Compounds Ⅳ~Ⅷ were isolated from the leaves and tender branches of wild Phlomis umbrosa for the first time.
