蔬菜的营养产出及其评价指标的研究

摘    要:在蔬菜生态系统研究中,依据全部营养素产出资料,计算出相对营养值,从营养产出角度提出产量较正比值,并将蔬菜分为3类。通过计算公式提出2个蔬菜主要营养产出综合评价指标:综合营养值及营养供给单位。介绍了营养产出综合评价指标的应用及其作用。

Abstract:As people's living standard rises, the nutrition of vegetables is paid more attention.So far, little has been done on comprehensive and convenient evaluation criteria for vegetable nutrition. In the study of ecological system of vegetables, vegetables were divided into three classes with relative nutritive value as criterion, according to the data of whole nutritive production.Two comprehensive quantified evaluating criteria for nutritive production of vegetables were raised by author through a calculating formula: comprehensive nutritive value and nutritive provided unit. The application of nutritive provided value criterion and its function in comprehensively understanding vegetable production and annual vegetable providing level are introduced in detail in this paper.
