| 摘 要： | 全面分析了现阶段我国农业发展存在的环境资源约束以及发展生态农业亟待解决的系列问题,明确提出了发展生态环保农业技术,构建农业循环经济体系,突破资源环境约束瓶颈,构建并落实常态化制度体系,建设和谐美丽乡村,发展高原特色农业等措施建议,旨在推动我国现代农业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The resources and environmental constraints of agriculture development in China and series problems to be resolved were comprehensively analyzed,and several measures were clearly proposed,such as developing eco-friendly farming techniques,constructing the agricultural cycle economy,breaking through the bottleneck of resources and environmental constraints,building and implementing the normalization institutional system,building harmonious beautiful countryside,developing plateau characteristic agriculture,so as to promote the sustainable development of modem agriculture in China. |
