门源县天保工程实施中的几点思考

改善工程区的生态环境,恢复植被即要靠造林绿化,更要靠保护现有森林资源。这是改善生态环境最直接、最经济、最有效的途径。实施天然林资源保护工程以来,今年是二期实施的第四年。为我县带来了新的机遇、新的希望,工程区从此进入了一个新的发展时期。天保工程实施16年来,天保工程建设取得了明显的阶段性成效,工程区发生了一系列深刻变化,正朝向以生态建设为主的历史性转变,呈现出新时期的显著特征。

Reflections on the Implementation of Natural Forest Protection Project in Menyuan County

Improve the ecological environment of the project so as to restore vegetation which depends on forestation, more want to rely on to protect existing forest resources. This is the most direct, the most economic and effective way to improve the ecological environment. Since the implementation of natural forest resources protection project, this year is the second phase of implementation in the fourth year. For our county has brought new opportunities, new hope, obtained has entered a new period of development. Protection project for 16 years,the obvious periodic achievements have been made in the engineering construction, obtained a series of profound changes, relying mainly on ecological construction is facing a historic shift, show the significant features of new period.
