摘    要:目的]研究不同生长环境对新疆赤芍种子萌发和活性的影响。方法]将新疆赤芍种子放在不同生长环境中进行萌发试验,并测定幼苗叶片的酶活性,探索不同生长环境对新疆赤芍种子萌发和活性的影响。结果]在波长635 nm红光和460 nm红光光照环境下,种子的萌发、培根的生长以及酶活性都达到最高。在适宜环境条件中,新疆赤芍种子的起始萌发时间随着温度的增加而加快。结论]该方法研究了不同生长环境对新疆赤芍种子萌发和活性的影响,为新疆赤芍的种质栽培提供了理论依据。

Effect of Different Growth Environment on Seed Germination and Activity of RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA

Abstract: Objective ] To study effects of different growth environment on seed germination and activity of RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA. Method] The germination experiment was conducted in different growth environment, the enzyme activity of seedling leaves were determined, effects of different growth environment on seed germination and activity of RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA were explored. Result] Under the wavelength 635 and 460 nm lightening environment, seed germination, root growth and enzyme activity reached the highest. In the appropriate conditions, the germination starting time accelerating with temperature increasing. Conclusion ] Effects of different growth environment on seed germination and activity were studied, which will provide theoretical basis for germplasm cultivation.
