| 摘 要： | 在新农用抗生素的筛选过程中,分离到一株具有良好生物学活性的放线菌.经测定,其代谢产物对多种病原真菌及害虫、杂草靶标有良好的活性.时产生菌进行常规分类鉴定及分子鉴定后,确定其为壮观链霉菌(Streptomyces spectabils)的一个菌株.对发酵液中的活性物质进行了提取,生物测定,经HPLC及MS分析,根据紫外光谱、分子量及碎片峰的分析,确定其活性物质为巴菲霉素. |
