摘    要:在新农用抗生素的筛选过程中,分离到一株具有良好生物学活性的放线菌.经测定,其代谢产物对多种病原真菌及害虫、杂草靶标有良好的活性.时产生菌进行常规分类鉴定及分子鉴定后,确定其为壮观链霉菌(Streptomyces spectabils)的一个菌株.对发酵液中的活性物质进行了提取,生物测定,经HPLC及MS分析,根据紫外光谱、分子量及碎片峰的分析,确定其活性物质为巴菲霉素.

Abstract:An actinomycete strain which produced a bioactive compound was isolated from a soil sample during the screening of new agricultural antibiotics.By traditional classification methods such as physiological reaction and morphological observa-tion,as well as 16S rRNA sequence analysis and blast comparison,the strain was identified as Streptomyces spectablis.A kind of antibiotic isolated from the fermentation broth presented some biological activity against agricultural pests and plant diseases.The bioactive com...
