| 摘 要： | 试验采用离体萌发法对胡萝卜花粉生活力进行检测,结果表明,只有添加PEG配方的胡萝卜花粉才有萌发,而且最佳浓度为100 g/L,硼酸、Ca2+对花粉萌发有促进作用,且过低或过高的浓度会抑制花粉萌发,最佳浓度均为300 mg/L。试验条件下的最佳培养基为100 g/LPEG+0.1 g/LBK。

| Abstract: | Through vitro germination,vigor of carrot pollen was tested and the results showed that,only addling the PEG formula had carrot pollen germination,and optional concentration was 100 g/L,H3BO3,Ca2+ could promote pollen germination,but too high or too lowconcentration would restrain it,the best concentrations were 300 mg/L,concentration of H3BO3 and Ca(NO3)2.4H2O were verified in BK,under the conditions of this experiment,the best medium was 100 g /L PEG+0.1 g /L BK. |
