宁夏枸杞根际固氮解磷菌的分离研究

摘    要:采用NFM(无氮培养基)和PKO(无机培养基),从宁夏枸杞根际分离出47株具有固氮能力的菌株,采用溶磷圈法测定其溶磷能力,筛选出46株具有解磷能力的菌株,其溶磷圈直径(D)与菌落直径(d)的比值D/d最高为3.0、最低为1.1;筛选出固氮溶解无机磷能力较强的菌株1株。

Abstract:By usingNFM (non-nitrogen culture medium) the rhizosphere separation to have nitrogen-fixing capacity bacteria and PKO inorganic and Mengjinna organic culture media, inorganic and organic phosphate dissolving bacteria had been isolated from rhizosphere of Lycium barbarum L. in Ningxia.
