替米考星长效注射液体外抑菌试验及对人工感染巴氏杆菌雏鸡的保护作用

摘    要:研究替米考星长效注射液的体外抗菌活性及对仔鸡感染多杀性巴氏杆菌的保护作用.采用试管二倍稀释法,以红霉素、磷酸替米考星、泰乐菌素为对照,测定替米考星长效注射液对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、无乳链球菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC).将替米考星长效注射液以20、40、50 mg/kg 3个剂量,磷酸替米考星10 mg/kg,泰乐菌素10 mg/kg,红霉素5 mg/kg皮下注射,治疗人工感染多杀性巴氏杆菌的雏鸡.体外抑菌试验结果显示:替米考星长效注射液对革兰氏阳性菌抑菌效果与磷酸替米考星相当,强于泰乐菌素和红霉素.体内治疗试验结果表明,替米考星高、中、低剂量组疗效明显,均优于磷酸替米考星治疗组和泰乐菌素治疗组(P<0.01).

Abstract:To study the antibacterial activity invitro and protection of Tilmicosin long-acting injection against artificially infected Pasteurella multocida in chickens.Minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Tilmicosin long-acting injection,Tylosin,Tilmicosin Phosphate and Erythromycin against Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactaae,Escherachaa coli,Salmonella typhamuraum and Pasteurella multocada were detemined by two-fold diltution method in vitro.The chickens were infected by Pasteurella multocada artificially to carry out therapy in vitro.All the therapeutic groups of chickens were medicated for 3 days via subcutaneous injection with Tilmicosin long-acting injection(20,40,50 mg/kg),Tilmicosin Phosphate(10mg/kg),Tylosin(10mg/kg) and Erythromycin(5 mg/kg).The results of the antibacterial activity in vitro showed that the antibacterial activity of Tilmicosin long-acting injection against Gram-positive bacteria was the same good as Tilmicosin Phosphate,but better than Tylosin and Erythromycin.It will be seen that the mortality of chickens in the group of high-dosage middle-dosage and low-dosage Tilmicosin long-acting injection were higher than that of Tylosin group and Tilmicosin Phosphate group(P<0.01) from the results of the test of therapy in vitro.
